Following contact by one of our architects, the customer will be asked to provide a number of photos of the spaces to be furnished and a scale plan, and after receiving the customer’s specific requests and needs, in a few days a proposal will be provided to the customer with some product alternatives formalised with a Mood Board. Our architect will collect further requests for information or motifs from the customer and formalise a further proposal. When the customer is satisfied with the proposal, the sales proposal will be formalised with a contract indicating the payment method (always in advance) and the delivery time (usually sent in 6-8 weeks from order confirmation).

Our strength is that DesignIt can count on a several collaborators in different countries, and so meet the needs of different customers. In addition to selling furniture, DesignIt, through its architects and interior designers, can also offer an advanced design service that includes the renovation project. This additional service allows the most demanding customers to have an optimal result combined with the acquisition of exclusively designed and quality furniture. The architects will provide 2D and 3D graphics (plus videos) in order to make client’s dreams came true.

DesignIt can sale individual pieces of furniture with a minimum expenditure of Euro 20,000. Most customers ask us to supply furniture for their entire flat or villa, office and so on.

The furniture and other goods purchased by the customer arrive at the customer directly from the factory located in Italy. If the goods come from multiple companies rather than one, the goods will be sorted by a company we trust to collect the goods and ship them. The goods will then be handed over to the freight forwarder, and then they will be shipped to the customer.
